Toxic Effects of Potassium Bromate (K Br03) on Adult Male Albino Rats and The protective role of Vitamins C and E as antioxidants

1- To study the effects of chronic oral administration of potassium bromate on the kidneys ,thyroid glands and chromosomal patterns of bone marrow cells of adult male albino rats. The kidneys and thyroid glands were investigated histopathologically ,-_Venous blood samples were examined biochemically by measuring blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine, Triiodothyronine (T3) , Tetraiodothyronine (T4) and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH).
