Abstract:
Changes in the amplitude of AVPD at dobutamine dose of 20ug/kg/min appears to be a promising feasible techniques for the differentiation between reperfused but stunned and still hypoperfused myocardium (hibernating). The viable myocardium whether stunned or hibernating showed progressive increment of AVPD during LDDSE up to 10ug/kg/min. At dobutamine dose of 20ug/kg/min AVPD of stunned myocardium continue its progressive increment instead of being declining as in hibernating myocardium.AVPD during LDDSE is the only predictor of patency of IRA.
