This work aimed to study the effects of both topical theraby ( anthralin and betamethasone dipropionate) and systemic therapy (cyclosporine a, methotrexate and photochemotherapy) in the management of psoriasis. The effects of systemic therapy on some biological values (renal functions…etc) and on immune system were also investigated. Afull review of old and recent literatures on pathogenesis of psoriasis, cyclosporine a, methotrexate, photochemotherapy, anthralin and betamethasone dipro pionate was presented.
