The aims of this work were:Assessing the effects of topical corticosteroidspray applied to the nasal cavity on middle ear pres-sure and static compliance of the middle ear inpatientsincluding cases associated with secretoryotitis media.Materials (Subjects):(1) 20 completely normal subjects, they constitutedthe control group.(in 30 cases(2) 80 patients with nasal allergythere is accompanying secertory otitis media).
