Study of Platelet Antibodies in cases of Thrombocytopenia

in this work, the study included 52 patients as acontrol. thrombocytopenia, and 20 normal volunteers as acontrol. the sera were collected and examined by the pf-3 immuno-ingury technique.it is an indirect method to detect antiplaelet antibody which release pf-3 from normal platelet after incubation with the sera of the patients, as the antibody level increase the pf-3 release increase produces shortening of the clotting time.
