Abstract:
Hypotension is considred as one of the most common problems in the anaesthetic filed in which the anaesthetist will inevitably be encountered during his practice.blood pressure level will affected if the changes of that level is out of control of the following regulating mechanisms: cardiovascular centers in the medulla, intrinsic reflexes (arterial baroreceptors, arterial chemoreceptors, pulmonary receptors, cardiac reflexes), higher centers, extrinsic reflexes and hormonal mechanisms.
