Retrospective Study on patients with Rheumatic Fever who Attend the Paediatric clinic of Zagazig University Hospital

in this study we undertook a retrospective study of rehumatic heart cases who attend to paediatric clinc of zagazig university paediatric hospital out the period from june 1990 till may 1991.we found that reheumatic cases formed 2% of all cases admitted to the hospital during that period.the male to female ratio in this study was nearly equal while most of affection occurred during summer followed by spring and autumn and the majority of cases were from rural areas.
