Abstract:
it is of great concern that the neuro anaesthesiologist must have a thorough knowledge of the various anatomic, physiologic, pharmacologic and pathologic considerations related to anaesthesia for posterior cranial fossa operations.the posterior fossa is the largest and deepest fossa of the three ccranial fossa, it contains the hind brain, the cerebellum behind and the ponsa and the medulla oblongata infront.
