serum zinc in thalassemic patients

thrty cases of thalassemia ranging in age between one to fourteen years 20 males and 10 females were clinically evaluated for their physical growth -weight and height-duration of the disease, numder of blood transfusions, resularity of blood transfusion, spleen and liver sizes.
