with modern practice in anaesthesia, there are many problems faced with the the anaesthesiologist during their work.some of these anaesthetic problems are due to diseases which are congenitally determined.so studying simply and knowing some knowledge about causes of embryological malformations and abnormal development and the commonest congenital diseases faced with during practice of great importance.
