study of cerebral manifestations of bilharzial hepatosplenomegaly

the present work aimed at the study of the cerebral manifestations of bilharzial hepatosplenomegaly.it was conducted on 16 patients who were suffering fom a lot of mental and neurological manifestations.a full clinical examination and laboratory investigations were done. also visual evoked potential and brain scans were performed to some of them.
