The aim of work is to assess the normal renal parameters and age dependent changes of the kidneys for accurate evaluation of abnormal findings of the renal morphology specially at the infsantile age from full term to the end of preschool age, as failure of the kiney to grow at a satisfactyory rate in childhood is evidence of renal diseases.
