Lactate Dehydrogenase Isoenzyme Patterns in Sera of patients with Malignant Diseases

ld one ofthe enzyme systems preferentially produced and retained by cancer cells, being necessary to maintain tumor growth.when the ld isoenzymes are released from neoplastic tissue in the serum, their pattern were changes. this study was carried out on 41 subgects who were classified into two groups: group 1: which include 32 patients of malignant disease, 13 males and 19 females with age ranging from 14 to 65 years, include thyroid, breast, lung, stomach, head of pancrease, lymphoma, uterus, bladder and colon.
