studies on pathogenesis of trichophyton violaceum infection

In Egypt t. violaceum is well known as acommon causative agent for most of the clinical presentations of dermatophytosis. In the work 300 cases were diagnosed clinically as superficial dermatomycosis selected at random from the out-patient clinic of dermatology and venereology and department, zagazig university hospital . they were classified into 8 groups according to their clinical diagnosis.
