Abstract:
Epistaxis is a common condiction usually requiring emergency admission of the patient. posterior epistaxis although less frequent than anterior one, yat it is a potentionlly dangerous malady various methodes have been used in the management of poste packing being the commonest prolonged nasal pacing is panful and expensive for the patient with singificant morbidity hig failure rate with recurrence of posterior nasal bleeding prolonged hospitalization period, beside the tecnical problems of working for bak in the nose to deal with the bleeding area in the posterior nose.
