congenital dislocation of the hip -CDH- remains a common problem.although screening programs, more accurate examinations and the introduction of ultrasonography have lead to earlier diagnosis and treatment,still some patients escape through the screening net and seen for the fist time at an age when treatment becomes more difficult.
