Abstract:
A) Summary:,.’l( he aim of our work was to study the immunophenotyping oflymphocytes ill allergic rhinitis in a trial to find out the underlyingiuuuunological mcchauisms or tllis disease .. The work consist of 30 allergic rhinitis child and 20 healthycontrol child.All subject were subjected to the following methods ofinvestigations:a- Full history and complete clinical examination.b- Skin lest by Pricke method.c- Peripheral blood for eosinophilia.<.1- X-ray examination.e- Flow cytometry (detection T-Iymphocyte subpopulation bymouoctural antibodies in naxal mucosa and peripheral blooel.The result of tile work summarized (IS follow:- There was no significant differences as regards total Icucocytic countand lymphocytic pcrccllta~e ill both patients and control groups.- There was a siunificant elevation in the mean value of absolute’-eosinophilic count in patients of allergic rhinitis but not the control.
