Role of computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis of non-traumatic paranasal sinuses lesions

This work aims at assessing the role of CT and MRI IIIevaluation or non traumatic paranasal sinuses diseases.The study included 50 patient: 29 males and 21 females,their age ranged from 2 to ()5 years.The patients were clasxificd into 2 groups according {Opathological diagnosis: inflammatory group included 2X palicntstumour group included 22 patients.The /llltients were subjected:l-Clinical evaluation.2-Plain Radiography.3-CT scanning.5-Histopathological analysis.
