The aim of the work is to explain how to manage the obstetric patient with cardiac disease, how to make delivery less stressful not only for the mother but for the fetus as well, and to make anesthetic techniques safe, effective for facilitating labour, vaginal delivery, and caesarean section to gain its all advantages for both mother and fetus.
