Post Exercise Blood Pressure Responae Versus Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography For Diagnosis Of Coronary AArtery Disease In Hypertensive Patients With Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

The aim of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic value of postexercise systolic blood pressure ratio and DSE in hypertensive patientswith LVH.The study was carried on 60 hypertensive patients 45 males and15 females, with mean age 51± 6.64 years .According to post exercise systolic blood pressure ratio wedivided the patients into two groups:Group A: Patients with negative blood pressure ratio.Group B: Patients with positive blood pressure ratio.Also according to the number of diseased vessel the patients weredivided into four groups:tGroup 1: Contained 13 patients with normal coronary angiography.Group 2: Contained] 4 patients with single vessel disease.Group 3: Contained 20 patients with two vessel disease.Group 4: Contained 13 patients with three vessel disease.
