dementia represents a major medical and psychiatric problem because of the present change in the age structure i.e increasing of the average life span of the general poplation.in tjis work we tried to find some answers to this problem espicially in the aspect of treatment in details, in addition to declare some aspects of the disease as: definition,classification,clinical picture and diagnosis before starting its treatment.
