acrosin activity of spermatozoa and male fertility

The present study has been introduced by giving apreface to acrosin regarding its chemical structure, some of its chemical , physical and immune ological properties and its biological enzyme system 1.e. acrosin/proacrosin enzyme system. The exact ultrastructural localization of acrosin and its controversies in the literatures was studied. The multiple biological functions of acrosin in fertilization process were studied in details. Methods of purification of acrosin and also different method of its activity were illustrated also.
