epilepsy is a cerebral disease which produce paroxysmal and transitory disturbance of brain functions which develop suddenly and ceases spontaneously.Epilepsy is considered one of the physiological changes during the attacks and physiological basis of convulsions and discharge of the neurons, also the role of gaba and acetylcholine as well as the role of the sodium pump.this study also explains cerebral metabolism during convulsions and hormonal release.
