Abstract:
Pregnancy already alters the body physiology, increased heart rate and cardiac stress and the latter solw inhalation induction .from the middle of the second trimester aortocaval compression can cause hypotension and reduced uterine blood flow specially during spinel or epidural anesthesia.maternal hyperventilation and decreased f.r.c speed the induction of anaesthesia with inhalation agents while hypoxia develops more quickly due to increased metabolic demands and decreased metabolic demands and decreased f.r.c. decreased meternal buffering capacity fasters the development of metabolic acidosis.
