The progress in the field of anaesthesia made possible major operative interference in critically ill patients for the saftety of the procedures through pre-operative assessment should be done. This work included methods of screening tests as well as their normal values, and some abnormalities relevant to the practice of anaesthesia.the haematological investigations should include red cell values as well as white cell values.
