Abstract:
Anaesthesia for infants and children has definite problems problems or situations that differ from anaesthesia for adults.to anderstand these problems, we must know the differences between paediatri patients and adults, not only in their anatomy but also in their physiology, handling of drugs and other pathological processes.these differences affect differences affect the anaesthesiologists ability to provide adequate operative conditions.Paediatric patients are sometimes harmed by anaesthesia, and the extent of the harm ranges from trivial injuries to death .postoperative death death .postoperrative death is the clearly defined subject of mortality studies whereas any harm short of death can be operative conditions.
