Pre-eclampsia and eclampsia are clinical situations in which the anaesthiologist is faced with multiple problems resulting from many physiological changes as well as multiple pathological ones.concerning the physiological changes they take place in the cardiovascular, respiratory and digestive systems during normal pregnancy.pathology occurs mainly due to primary uteroplacental ischaemic changes that may represent aprimary immunologic disorder.
