Abstract:
Lysosomal hydrolases may be divided into ester hydolases, glycoside hydrolases and peptide hydrolases and peptide hyrolases. Glycoside hydrolases (ec 3.2) attack awide range of glycosyi compounds ranging from simple glycosidases to biopolymers as hyaluronidase.although few reports have indicated that elevated hydrolase activity may be afeature of certain dermatoses, little biochemical in-formation is available. In connective tissue diseases, the metabolism of both collagen and proteoglycans is abnormal.
