Morphological study revealed the following types. leukaemia cases:L with incidence of Lt L2 and L3 as 25%, 50% and 25% of the cases.lLL with incidence of M1M2. M4, M5a as 37.5% . 12.5% , 37.5% and% respectively. Cytochemical reactions of the 20 normal casesaled that: MPO and SBB were positive in 100 % of neutrophile.AS score in lymphocytes was 16.SS! 10.36 and was positive incytes and monocytes in all cells. A.P. have positivity in 5\ to 51% oftrophils. AP score in Iymphocytes was of mean and S. D. of 105 !
