hla-drp polymorphism in relation to outcome of hepatits c

hepatitis c infection may cause abening, asymptomatic infection with an indolent course,but aslo progressive liver disease, cirrhosis and primary liver cancer. hla play an important role in predisposing patients to disease development.so we planed this study to evaluate the frequency of different hla-drb alleles in patients with chronic hepatitis c infection and to assess any possible correlation between these alleles and the disease activity.
