The Aim Of This Work is to evaluate The results of treatment of femoral shafi farctures by interlocking mail.Cured Kuntscher mailing has ben shown by many series to be an extrencly effective techinque for fixing fractures of the fenoral shaft.The mail doachieve excellent fixation transverse or short oblique fractures in the mid or ishmic portion of the bone but they fail to completely stabilize fractures with greater obliquity comminution bone loss and those occurning outside the isthmic zone.
