Flow Cytometric analysis of dna Ploid in Lyphoma

The aim of this work is to studt DNA ploidy in cases of Lymph and to corrllate with the diagmosis and prognosis of lymphomaThis study was done 20 patients of lymphoma they were diagosed by histopathological examimation and classified according to working formulation into low grade intermediate grade and ligh grade.Allcases are subjjjected the following:1. Full history and clinical examination. 2 COmplete Blood Picture 3 Bone marrow examination 4 Stdy of FCM DNA ploidy Dna Index and S_phase fraction was done on malignantvobtained by :lymph node aspiration.
