this aim of the study was to evaluate the feasibility, response, moridity and survival rate of preoperative radiotherapy and concurrent chemotherapy in the treatment of muscle invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder carcinoma of the urinary bladder, which is the most common malignancy in egypt, is considered one of the importantpublic health problems. althoug this disease is usually early detected in western countries most cancer bladder patients in egypt present in the invasive and advanced stages.
