Detection Of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Among Diabetic By PCR

This Study Included 35 Subjects(25 diabetics and 10 non diabetics) Complicated By Chest Infection With On Response To Conventional Antibiotics Therapy Therapy They Were Clinically And/or Radiologicaly Supected To Have Pulmonary TB ALLPatient Were Acid Fast Smear Neagtive They Were 210 Males And 14 Females With Age Ranged from 19-67(mean 38.7+ 13.3 And=8.8) Respectively .The Following Were Performed For All Subjects. Full Histroy Taking And Clinical Examination ; Radiological Ezamination , Routine Laboratory Inveatigation ; Fasting And And 2 Hours Post Prandial Blood Suger.
