Effect of Dehydration on the juxtaglomerular apparatus and glomerular granular cells in the newborn rabbit kidney

In the present study light and electron microscopical Examinations of the juxtaglomerular abbaratus (JGA) and glomerular granular (GG) cells have been performed to:1- Detect the effect of dehydration fof 24 and 48 hours on the JGA and GG cells.2- Compare between the dehydrated and the normal (control) JGA and GG cells on both histological and ultrastructural levels.3- Assess the degree of granulation of normal and dehydrated glomerular and juxtaglomerular cells, describing the granules.4- Prove the presence, morphology and distributing of peripolar (PP) cellsin the neonatal rabbit kidney.
