Effects of estrogen on the Prostate and Seminal vesicles of the Castrated Guinea Pig .microanatomical Study

sixty adult male guinea pigs were used in this study and divided into two main groups,control and experimental.the expeirmental group was subdivided into two subgroups,castrated and castrated treated.the castrated treated group consisted pf 6 weeks castrated animals which then treated for two weeks and four weeks with daily eostrogen injections.
