Abstract:
all patients were subgect to the following: 1-full medical history which includes: a-history and duration of the urinary symptoms:which include frequency of micturition, dysuria,nocturia, urgency and morning drob. b-history and duration of the pain symptoms:which include perineal ache, penile tip pain and low backache. c-history and duration of the sexual eymptoms:which include premature egaculation, weak erection and post egaclatory pain. d-history of therapy prior examination: ll-rectal examination: a) prostate:recording its size, surface, consistency and tenderness. b) seminal vesicles: whether palpable or not and if so, shap surface, consistency and tenderness.
