Effect of oral contraceptives on senstivity to activated protein c

The aim of our Work is to study the effect of oral contraceptives on senstivity to activated protein C. This study was carried out in Clinical pathology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University and family planning center of Zagazig City. It dealts with one hundered subjects classified into two groups, control group and oral contraceptives users group in the control group whichinclude fifty apparently healty subjects 25 subjects of them are males and 25 are females not taking oral contraceptives. And oral contraceptives usersgroup which include fifty women classified into 2 subgroups according to the type of oral contraceptives pills: Subgroup I 25 women taking third generation O.C and subgroup II 25 women taking second generation O.C.
