evaluation of different modalities in the management of mandibular fractures in facial injuries

Th is study was planned to include 100 patients withmandibular fractures. These patients were classified into three maingroups:Group (A): Comprising 40 patients who will be managed bymaxillo-rnandibular fixation.Group (B): Comprising 40 patients who will be managed by rigidinternal fixation with miniplates and screws.Group (C): Comprising 20 patients who will be managed bytransosseous wire fixation.Pre-operatively, all patients were subjected to:1- History.2-Clinical examination.3- Pre-operative radiological evaluation including (plain X-ray, .panorama and C.T. scanning).4- P re-operative photograpohy.5- Surgical assessment.
