Abstract:
This study was aimed to detect the most accurate non invasive methodfor detection ofCAD in hypertensive patients presented with anginalpain, and to differentiates between those who at needfor coronaryangiography and those who are not.To achieve this aim 30 patients with essential hypertension sufferingfrom anginal pain were enrolled in this study, patients were randomlychosen with no age predilection.Patients were evaluated by clinical examination, ECG,EchocardiographyPatients with valvular heart disease, CHF, cardiomopathy, rhythmdisorder, secondary hypertension, were excludedfrom this study.Each patient was subjected to DSE (wall motion wasobserved.graded.and correlated to the corresponding coronary artery.
