Determination of the site of ischemia and myocardial viability by combined thallium scintigraphy and stress ecg versus angiographical study

The aim of this study is the correlation between differentinvasive and non-invasive techniques in diagnosing and locatingthe disease in patients with CAD.This study included 40 patients their age range from 42 to76 years, 20 patients are males and 20 patients were females.Overall predictive accuracy ofexercise stress test to detectleft system disease (LAD and/or LCX is 90%) and the sensitivityto detect RCA was 47%, for LAD was 32% and75% for LCX.The sensitivity of SPECT in relation to coronaryangiography was 92% for LAD, 95%for RCA and75% for Lex.
