Abstract:
Focal dermal hypoplasia arare genetic dysplasia of mesodermal and ectodermal and ectodermal and ectodermal tissue, first described by goltz et al., 1962. This disorder s associated of the skin , skeleton , teeth, and eyes.some cases have been reported as poikiloderma congenital, as naevus lipomatodes superficialis, and other diagnoses this text includes 55 patients; 8 cases from them (about 14 %) had relatives with congen ital anomalies, suggesting that focal dermal hypoplasia is an inherited disease.
