arthroscopic diagnosis of internal derangement of the knee

the aim of this work was to demonstrate aqnd evaluate knee arthroscopy as a diagnostic procedure in traumatic derangement of the knee.this was achieved by examining fifty cases using thackray arthroscope,and correlating the results obtained through the arthroscope to that found at arthrotomy.
