this study have been done in zagazig university hospital on 110 adult patients of both sexes andtheir ages ranged from 26 y to 65 y.all patients proved clinically fit for operations, by comlete physical examination and laboratory investigations.according to the type of surgery,they were divided into 3 main groups.
