Abstract:
acute myeloid leukemia represents agroup of marrow based neoplasm that have clinical similarities but distinct morphological, cytogenic and immunophenotypic features.immunophenotyping of aml is confirmed by the presence of antigens expressed during myelomonocytic differentiations including cd13, cd14, cd33, erythroid differentiation erythroid differentiation (glycophorin a)or megakaryocytic differentiation, including cd41 (glycoprotein ilb, illa) and cd42.
