prognostic significance of hypercoagulability in acute stroke

the aim of our work was to identify the various haemostatic abnormalities associating acute ischaemic stroke,to study their relation with other stroke risk factors and their effect on the outcome of stroke.this study included 40patients with acute ischaemic stroke 26males and 14 females with a mean age of 51.07+_.58 years.
