this work was designed to clarify any relation or correlation between the clinical,biochemical and electrophysiological changes that can occur in patient with end stage chronic renal failure-CRF-either dialized or not.we selected for our study 60 patients with CRF from the nephrology unit,zagazig university hospital,43 males and 17females ranging in age from 19to 65 years.the patients were divided into 3 groups.
