Evaluation of bladder contractility in in cases of bladder outlet obstruction

this study was conducted on 25 patients complaining of (prostatism)in the form of:weak steam-incomplete emptying-urgency-intermitency-straining-nocturia and 5 control patients admitted to Urology Department Zagazig University Hospitals from July 1, 1966 to the end of December 1997,aiming to evaluate bladder contractility of outlet obstructed patients.Unobstructed cases showed modest gain in terms of impaired obstruction and improved symptoms.
