High Density lipoprotein Cholestrol in Normals and in Acute Myocardial Infarction Cases

this study was conducted during the year1985 in the department of ”Clinical Pathology” and’Coronary Care Uni t” Zagazig Universi ty Hospi tal.were the material of this study.hirty patients suffering from acute myocardialwere diagnosed according to typicallinical symptoms, indi ca ti ve ECG changes and confi rrreddetermi na tion of speci fic pattern of cardi aczymes: CK (ultraviolet, U.V., method), AST (Colori-LDH (U.V. method). Thirty apparentlyserved as controls for enzymaticrmination of serum total cholesterol, HDL-cholest-1 and tr igl ycer ides, from which LDL and VLDL-calculated according to Friedwa1dS ta tis tical comparison between theregards all values was made. Theof these lipids and their associationcigaret te smoki nq , physical ac ti vi tyinfarction have been examined .
