Vaginal candidosis, diagnosis and treatment

The present work is dealing with cases of candida vaginitis and the effect of two druges of two drugs on its treatment. Seventy patients with vaginitis were examined clinically and mycologicaLLY. Yeasts were isolated from 66 cases (94.2%) of which candida was recovered from 20 patients (30.3%) candida vaginitis was most common in patients of 20-29 years old . the most common clinical findings were pruritus, discharge and redness of the vaginal mucosa.
